Booking Terms
Your booking is confirmed upon receipt of the full particulars (including credit card) of the person in charge of the booking.
Damage
Please ensure any damage to the property during your stay is reported immediately. If damage is caused by the registered guest or party then the relevant cost incurred to repair or replace the damaged item or area will be the responsibility of the person in charge of the booking.
Pets
Sorry but no pets allowed.
Parking
Car parking is free and on-site - one car space is available at each villa & apartment plus there is plenty of extra on-site parking available for additional cars/guests.
Smoking
There is strictly no smoking allowed inside any of the villas, apartments or motel rooms. A $250.00 fee will be charged if smoke is detected inside any of the accommodation options.
General Conditions:
The apartments must be left neat and tidy with dishes in the dishwasher and dishwasher turned on prior to leaving.
All electricals must be turned off prior to departure.

Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- A 10% deposit at the time of booking is required. This is fully refundable up until 14 days prior to arrival.
- Full payment is due 14 days prior to arrival.
- Cancellations are 14 days prior to arrival. Any cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival and full payment will be forfeited.
